Nicholas Caputo is a dedicated Property Investment Manager with Barry Plant Whitehorse, supporting rental providers and renters across Box Hill, Blackburn, Mitcham, Nunawading and surrounding Whitehorse suburbs. Having spent much of his life in the local area, Nicholas brings genuine local knowledge together with a friendly, responsive and client-focused approach to Property Management.

Nicholas began his career in customer service before making the move into real estate, drawn to an industry where he could combine his interest in property with his natural ability to connect with and help people. His customer service background provided a strong foundation in communication, relationship building and understanding individual client needs.

Having grown up in the area, Nicholas has a genuine appreciation for the Whitehorse community, its local shops, amenities and lifestyle. This local connection complements his Property Management experience and gives him an understanding of the area in which many of his clients own and manage their investment properties.

Known for being friendly, cheerful and respectful, Nicholas places great importance on clear communication and timely responses. He understands that rental providers want to feel informed and confident about their investment, and he works hard to provide reliable service, practical solutions and consistent support throughout the property management process.

Straightforward yet light-hearted, Nicholas combines professionalism with an approachable personality and a good sense of humour. As part of Barry Plant Whitehorse, Nicholas is committed to providing professional property management services to clients throughout Box Hill, Blackburn, Mitcham, Nunawading and the wider Whitehorse area, while continuing to develop his knowledge and expertise within the real estate industry.

Outside of real estate, Nicholas is a passionate Carlton Football Club supporter and enjoys following the footy.
