Having started his career with Barry Plant in 2016, Travis gained extensive experience working within the property management team. Today, as Business Development Manager for Docklands, Travis works closely with property owners to provide rental appraisals, investment advice and professional property management services across key apartment precincts including Yarra’s Edge and the Melbourne CBD.
Through his experience in the area, Travis has developed strong knowledge of apartment buildings and residential developments throughout Docklands, giving him valuable insight into building reputation, tenant demand and investment potential across Melbourne’s inner-city property market.
His time working closely with both the property management and sales teams has also provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the Docklands real estate market, allowing him to offer guidance not only on rental performance and leasing strategies, but also on factors that can influence the future resale value of apartments.
