Jay Moxon believes that the greatest asset in business is to stand out from your competitors. In saying this, Jay kicked off his career in Real Estate back in 2007 as a Personal Assistant. Within 4 months, he was promoted to Sales Executive and commenced his journey to being a very well-known and respected agent within the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. Jay wasted absolutely no time in climbing the Real Estate ranks by becoming an accredited auctioneer back in 2009.
After graduating from the course, Jay made a major impression on the market place with his first two auctions selling $94,000 and $125,000 above reserve respectively. Jay continued to exceed his vendors’ expectations with his first ten auctions selling at a 100% clearance rate with an average of $40,000 above reserve. In 2010, Jay completed his Certificate IV in Property Services and is also a Licensed Estate Agent. “Real Estate has more to do with people rather than property. It has more to do with service and integrity rather than results. But most importantly, Real Estate is about differentiating yourself from your fellow competitors and I take pride in providing my clients with several points of difference.” Working alongside his partner Lisa, they are also proud new parents to their son Levi and daughter Skyla. Jay’s hobbies include attending the gym, playing golf, watching his beloved Magpies, but above all spending time with family and friends.
