They&#x27;ll need to know what changes you’ve made since you bought it (if any) and then ask you to take them on a video tour of your home, including the outside. Our agents can use a variety of phone or tablet-based video apps, including FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp video or Zoom – whichever suits you best.</p><p data-block-key="7b1ms">After a discussion with you and a virtual tour of your property, your agent will then use their local expertise, combined with a range of information to provide a professional opinion of your property&#x27;s worth.
