Kilsyth South is located 32km east of Melbournes CBD

Kilsyth South is a suburb that comprises mainly suburban residential family homes and blocks of units with an industrial sector between Canterbury and Colchester Roads, while just off Liverpool Road, along Cloverlea and Tereddan Drive you will find much larger homes on larger than average blocks.

Kilsyth South is still a largely green area with numerous parks and reserves, such as Colchester Rd Retarding Basin, Bungalook Conservation reserve, there is a golf course that border the suburb.

You can drive to the city in under an hour on the Eastern Fwy or jump on the train at Boronia (only 10 mins away)

There are many schools in the area to choose from including Bayswater North Primary School, The Basin Primary School, Boronia Heights Primary School, St Bernadettes Primary School

There are a number of shopping centres and supermarkets in the suburb for your everyday needs including beauty salons and everyday groceries and only 15 minutes from Eastland or Westfield Knox for your larger retail needs.
