Redan is an inner suburb of Ballarat, South of the CBD.

It retains the feel of a small, country town, with all the conveniences of the CBD only a short walk or drive away (with little to no traffic). The streets are lined with beautiful trees and a mixture of modern and older, character family homes.

Schools in the area include St Aloysius Parish School, Phoenix College and only 5 minutes from Federation College, Federation University, Melbourne University and many, many more.

A convenient bus service will whisk you straight up to Ballarat CBD Central Shopping Centre or Ballarat Train Station in only 5-10 minutes.
