Freeman Li has an advantage over other agents in the local area as he speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, but more importantly, has a deep understanding of Chinese cultures from many different provinces, having lived in both Northern and Southern China. Having a degree in Accounting and Finance combined with 13 years of experience as a finance professional, he is ideally placed to advise on the financial side of property transactions. Freeman also has an extensive Australian Asian client database and a large network of overseas contacts.

Together with his finance knowledge, Freemans’s interest in property and real estate, excellent negotiation skills and passion for customer service, drives him to provide the best, most professional advice while enjoying helping people to realise their real estate dreams.  Freeman’s most satisfying and rewarding real estate experience to date was having a vendor crying with happiness because the record price achieved assisted them to retire overseas.

In his free time Freeman enjoys exercising and participating in 10km Charity runs. Since 2011 Freeman has entered the annual RunMelbourne event for his chosen charity Beyond Blue. Being dedicated to this event he has committed himself to entering this race every July. He also enjoys travelling and good food.
