This is a great little one bedroom unit with no shared space and your own private back yard. Main bedroom with built in robes, a full sized Kitchen with electric cooking opening on to a the Lounge/Meals area with electric heating and a large combined Bathroom/Laundry. Outside you have a good sized private backyard and a single carport with parking for another car. If you need your own space then they don't get much better than this for the price.
