A quirky suburb that is dominated by a golf club, cemetery, and beautiful wide tree-lined residential streets, Invermay Park is a small yet exclusive pocket wedged in between Wendouree and Ballarat North.

Peacefully placed on the northern rural fringe of Ballarat just a short drive down Creswick Road into town, Invermay Park is quite unique. With much of the suburb dominated by the expansive Midlands Golf Club and the Ballarat Cemetery, there are still plenty of gorgeous residential streets and houses that have become very sought-after.

Older in demographic (likely due to downsizers wanting to live near the golf course, the ultimate retirement location!), Invermay Park also has easy access to the freeway whether you want to journey to Melbourne or head for an adventure further east.
